"I had a tough time feeling..."
I had a tough time feeling confident with them because they just weren’t very transparent. I felt like I was only getting maybe half the information I needed, and I had to keep asking questions to understand what was going on. After a while, that made it hard to trust the process.

I don’t know, it just seems really clean to me. I checked the ingredients and didn’t notice anything weird, so I feel good about using it

"Seems like it helps, but im not 100% sure"
I picked up Rosita oil because I’d been feeling run down and wanted to try something a little more natural. After a few weeks, I think I do feel a bit better, mostly with my energy and maybe my skin isnt as dry as before.

The taste is defintely strong and it’s not exactly cheap, so I’m still not totally sold on it yet. Shipping was fine though, no issues there.

I was kind of stuck and just needed to get in and out without running all over the place. Luckily, they had the stuff I was looking for in stock, so I didn’t feel trapped searching from store to store.

"Frustrating order and disappointing support"
I ordered from rositausa.com hoping it would be a smooth experience, but it just left me feeling annoyed and kind of let down. The checkout part worked fine, so at first I thought everything was good, but after that there was barely any communication. I kept waiting for shipping updates and ended up having to check on it myself, which made the whole thing feel stressful.

When I reached out to customer support, the replies took longer than I expected and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe I was just expecting more because of the price, but it felt like once they had my order, I was on my own. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Shipping took way too long"
My order took forever to arrive, and when I tried to get an update, it kind of felt like they were making it my problem instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Returning it turned into a whole thing"
I tried to return my order, and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies were super slow, I kept checking my email, and I still haven’t gotten my refund. Also the return steps weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t even sure if I was doing it right half the time. It just felt confusing and kind of pointless, like I was going in circles for something that should’ve been simple.

I ordered from Rosita USA and I was a bit worried at first, because with pricey oils you never really know if you’re getting the real deal or just being fooled by nice packaging. But when it arrived, the bottle was packed well, there were no leaks, and the oil smelled and tasted fresh to me.

The quality seems solid, so I don’t really have any complaints there. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price is a little high for my budget, but after trying it, I do feel better about the purchase and would probably buy it again

"I had a really good experience managing..."
I had a really good experience managing my subscription. Changing my ship date and updating my card info was super easy, and I loved that I didn’t have to email anyone or wait for help. The only small thing was that it took me a minute to find the account page at first, but after that everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with how simple it was.

"Felt let down after paying"
The packaging was really poor. The box showed up in rough shape and the items inside didn’t feel protected at all. After paying for it, I expected more care, and it kind of made me question whether they actually cared once they had my money

I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I waited quite a while for a reply, ended up having to follow up myself, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. It felt like nobody really wanted to deal with the issue. Weirdly, I remember I was making coffee when their response finally came in, and it somehow still didn’t answer the one thing I’d asked. After that, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Feels a bit expensive for what it is"
It was fine overall, but I don’t know, I just expected a little more for the price. Maybe I’m missing something, but once shipping was added, it didn’t really feel worth it to me.
